Welcome to our beautiful 4-star cottage, nestled in the peaceful countryside just a short 15-minute drive from the vibrant city center of Besancon.This charming apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated old farmhouse, exquisitely decorated to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The cottage features an enclosed garden and a private wooded terrace of 40 m2, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature.
Inside, you will find a fully furnished space with a generous surface area of 100m2. The cottage boasts an ideal location, being close to Middle Micropolis, Hospitals, golf courses, downtown, Chateaufarineau, Polyclinic Franche Comté, and more, all within a convenient 5-minute drive.
Le Jardin d'Inès is available for weekly rentals, weekend getaways, or even just for a night (minimum 2 nights, subject to availability). It offers 3 bedrooms, including 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms, making it perfect for families or groups.
The cottage also features a separate bathroom and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining room. The lovely terrace with its garden furniture provides a delightful spot to unwind, while the enclosed garden with swings and a slide is perfect for children to enjoy. Additionally, a Weber charcoal barbecue is available for use during the summer months. Private parking on site can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.
We are pleased to welcome your furry friends, as pets are allowed free of charge. Stay connected with our free WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
For your convenience, bed sheets are available for an additional fee of 10 euros per bed. We also provide a highchair, changing mat, umbrella, and 2 additional beds.
