Just a mile away from the city center of Saumur, our establishment offers a comfortable retreat in an old 18th-century mansion. With one apartment and three guest rooms available, you can experience the rich history and elegance of this historic property. Begin your day with a delightful breakfast served in our picturesque garden.

Adjacent to the National Riding School, golf courses, and prestigious vineyards known for their global acclaim, our location provides easy access to explore the wonders of the Loire Valley and Thouet by bike. Originally part of the ancient forest known as "Bois Bard," our property was once owned by M. Fouquet, the financial minister of Louis XIV, during the 17th century. In the 19th century, the second and third floors were added to the house. Notably, the esteemed author Honoré De Balzac was a frequent guest of the owner during the 19th century.

We take great pleasure in welcoming you to our establishment and ensuring that your stay in France is truly enjoyable.
