Description for B&B:

Situated in the heart of Combronde, a charming small town, Le Clos des Noyers is a typical residence that embodies the essence of the Auvergne region with its magnificent Volvic stonework. This nineteenth-century mansion has maintained its original period decor, which is exceptionally well-preserved. Adorned with high molded ceilings, marble fireplaces in every room, and elegant oak paneling in the reception areas, Le Clos des Noyers exudes an air of timeless grandeur.

Upon entering the majestic foyer, you will be greeted by a stunning trompe l'oeil ceiling and beautiful silkscreened glass panes. The lounge, equipped with a TV and library, offers a tranquil space for relaxation. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room, the spacious kitchen, or on the sun-drenched south terrace facing the house.

Ascending the impressive Volvic stone staircase, you will find the guest rooms on the upper floor. Choose from three delightful double bedrooms or opt for the "The Combrailles" suite. These rooms boast ample space, tranquility, and a decor inspired by the picturesque landscapes of Auvergne.

Surrounded by walls, the property ensures a sense of privacy. At the front of the house, a spacious south-facing terrace invites you to bask in the sunlight, while a small garden offers a tranquil spot to retreat. At the back, a medieval garden adorned with flowers and a square filled with aromatic herbs leads to a sprawling park, featuring a variety of trees such as cedar, pine sapo, chestnut, redwood, and charm. Additionally, an orchard showcases a variety of fruits including apples, pears, cherries, and grapes.
