Guérande, a city known for its rich history and artistic heritage, is home to Annex 43, conveniently located just 800 meters away from the city center. This makes it an ideal choice for those who wish to explore the enchanting medieval walk.Annex 43 offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The well-equipped kitchen includes a hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The living room features a cozy sofa, coffee table, and TV, while the dining area provides a space for enjoying meals. The bedroom boasts a comfortable 160 bed, and the bathroom is equipped with a spacious Italian shower, basin, and a hair dryer. Additionally, there is a separate WC.
For outdoor relaxation, guests have access to a terrace and a garden furnished with comfortable seating and deckchairs. A plancha grill is also available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. A parking space is provided for added convenience, and guests can enjoy access to WiFi throughout their stay.
Annex 43 is open year-round, catering to weekend stays, overnight visits, and week-long vacations. Small pets are welcome upon request, and during the months of July and August, the minimum rental period is 7 nights, with bookings from Sunday to Sunday accepted. Holiday vouchers are also accepted as a form of payment.

gîte accueillant, propre et bien équipé
Séjour en août 2016. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gîte pratique (linge, meubles, vaisselle) et décoration agréable ! Seul bémol : la chambre avec vélux reste chaude la nuit (moustiques). Solution : dormir dans canapé du RdCh :-)

C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir, surtout pour l'excellent accueil de Serge & Franck. propreté des lieux & calme sont 2 atouts pour se reposer et il y en a d'autres.
