This ground floor room in a detached home in Six-Fours offers a view of the garden. It has its own entrance from the garden and is located in a peaceful family villa. The property is situated 700 meters away from the city center, near Fort de Six-Fours and a college, in a residential area. There is private parking available on the premises. The room features a 140x190 bed, a flat-screen TV with a 107 cm screen, and Wi-Fi. It also has a private bathroom with a shower and washbasin. A pine chest of drawers is provided for storing clothes, and sheets and towels are included. Adjacent to the B&B room, there is an additional space with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children or 2 adults. An extra bed is also available if needed. The price per night ranges from 65 to 100 euros, depending on the season and number of nights, and there is an additional charge of 10 euros per child regardless of the period. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden. Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is at 10:30 (unless there are special requests). A security deposit of 100 euros is required, but will be returned upon departure. Prepayment by check is possible, or payment in cash upon arrival. For any special requests regarding the room rental, please feel free to contact us. Breakfast is included, and all taxes are included in the price.
