Description for Gite

Welcome to our beautiful locations! We have three charming farms for you to choose from, each offering a unique experience.

At Farm 1, we have an indoor pool measuring 9m and heated to a comfortable 30°C, as well as a relaxing hammam for your wellness needs.

The Hawk farmhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 19 people, with 15 adults, 4 children, and 2 babies. It boasts 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen and living room area of 70 m².

Farm 2, known as Le Pivert, can accommodate up to 10 people and 1 baby. It features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a bathroom.

Farm 3, called The Tit, is a beautifully renovated two-story building with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom in a separate annex.

To enhance your wellness experience, we have "The Kabuki and Spa Institute" attached to our pool and hammam area. Our team of skilled practitioners offers high-quality beauty treatments and massages. Feel free to inquire about our services via email, and don't forget to take advantage of our special offer: a 5% discount on all treatments booked in advance.

Our farmhouse was constructed between the 1740s and 1820 and consists of a south-facing 40m long building. In addition, we have The Swallows, a conference room, and The Owl, a recording studio, situated in front of the main farmhouse.

All renovations have been carried out using eco-friendly materials, while respecting the original spirit of the house. The exterior walls are coated with lime, sand, and a warm ocher color, which beautifully contrasts with the lush 2500m² garden, complete with swings, a playground, and private parking.

Our cottages are located in Québriac, in the heart of romantic Brittany, just 30km from both Rennes and St Malo. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby canal Ille et Rance offers opportunities for scenic bike rides and leisurely walks.

The cottages birds of passage provide a peaceful and natural haven for both group stays and families or couples seeking a relaxing and original experience. We can't wait to welcome you!
