Come stay with your family or friends at our spacious and beautifully restored 200m² house, blending both old-world charm and contemporary style. With beds for up to 18 people in 2 bedrooms and a dormitory, everyone will have a comfortable place to rest. Additionally, our guests have the option to relax in our sauna chalet or, during the summer months, rent a charming trailer located on the premises.

The house boasts 3 bathrooms and 3 separate WCs for your convenience. Outside, you'll find a large private swimming pool (5*10m) perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sunshine. Our property spans across 15 acres of scenic woodlands and meadows, featuring a lovely fishpond. Feel free to bring your camping gear and make the most of our expansive grounds.

For entertainment, we offer a bowling area for playing petanque, ensuring fun for all ages. We warmly welcome pets, so your four-legged friends can join in on the vacation too.

If you're planning a private event, our 62m² hall is at your disposal. We also provide private parking space for up to 50 cars. Conveniently located just 2 hours from Paris, you'll find our 500m² courtyard with lush lawns a peaceful and secluded retreat. Additionally, we have made sure to include a bathroom on the ground floor that is easily accessible for individuals with disabilities.

Directions

Directions from Paris:

To reach our destination, follow these steps:

1. Take either the A6 or N118 road to the A10 motorway.
2. Once on the A10, continue until you reach the A11 motorway.
3. At kilometer 228, take exit number 11 (Durtal).
4. Upon exiting the toll booth, you will come across a roundabout. Take the right turn towards Durtal.
5. Keep driving straight until you reach a T junction. Take a right turn towards Baugé.
6. Stay on this road, and you will pass a castle on your right and a bridge that you need to cross.
7. After crossing the bridge, approximately 200 meters ahead, you will see a hotel/restaurant called "La Boule d'or" on your left.
8. Just after passing the hotel, take a left turn to continue towards Baugé.
9. After about 1.5 kilometers, take another left turn towards "les Rairies".
10. Follow this road as it takes you through "les Rairies" and into a small wooded area.
11. After a few kilometers, you will come across a ranch named "ferme du Tertre" on your left. Keep going straight.
12. After the ranch, take the second road on your right, which will be approximately 500 meters past the ranch.
13. Continue on this road for 500 meters, even when it forms a right angle towards the left.
14. The first house on your left side will be "The Petite Richardière". You have arrived at your destination.
