Slatters Cottage is a charming and luxurious holiday cottage located in a peaceful country lane in Bourton-on-the-Hill, near Moreton-in-Marsh. This Grade II listed cottage boasts a rich history, with some parts dating back to the 17th century.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or anyone seeking a delightful base for exploring the Cotswolds, this cottage exudes character and warmth. The stone walled lounge features a beamed ceiling, a large inglenook fireplace with a cozy log burning stove, and a charming window seat. Recently redecorated and refurbished to an exceptional standard, the cottage offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/dining area with a dining table and chairs, a comfortable leather sofa and armchair, a color television, a Freeview box with digital radio, a DVD player, and a CD/MP3 player with radio. There is also an adjoining toilet and utility room. A wide selection of books, DVDs, CDs, and games are provided for your entertainment.

The cottage is well-appointed with modern amenities such as a gas cooker, a fridge with a freezer section, a separate freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and gas central heating.

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a luxurious pocket sprung mattress and a TV, as well as a single bedroom with picturesque views of the village and the surrounding landscape. The toilet/bathroom includes a bath and a shower-over-bath.

For your convenience, there is a payphone available and mobile reception is accessible (depending on your network). Off-road parking is provided directly outside the cottage for one car, and additional parking is readily available on the road opposite the cottage.

If you are traveling with a baby, a travel cot and high chair can be provided at no extra cost. All bedding, linen (excluding the travel cot), and towels are provided free of charge. One well-behaved dog is welcome upon request (limited to the downstairs area) for a small additional fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the cottage.

Please note that the stairs leading to the first floor are slightly steep, making the cottage unsuitable for individuals with mobility issues or toddlers.
