The house is conveniently situated at the entrance of La Possonnière village, easily accessible from Bouchemaine (Angers is 17km away).Surrounding attractions include the popular tavern "Vortices," the charming Inn of the Priory, the scenic Loire River, the famous Loire River circuit, the Ark (a local attraction), and the delightful Kangaroo Garden. Other nearby points of interest are Savennières with its beautiful church, renowned winemakers, Ash (ideal for receptions and weddings), Béhuard (an island worth visiting), Louët Rochefort, the racecourse, and the swimming pool.
The area is known for its tranquility, providing a peaceful environment for guests. Parking facilities are available, and there is also a garage for bicycle storage.
A delicious homemade breakfast is included, featuring bread, jam, fruit, pancakes or brioche.
Additional amenities include WiFi access, a terrace, and comfortable garden furniture.
There are two family suites and several upstairs rooms available for accommodation.
