Welcome to our spacious barn and house, perfect for accommodating up to 12 people. The barn offers 250 m2 of living space, while the house provides 140 m2 for a group of 6.Outside, you'll find a large terrace overlooking the pool, complete with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue. It's the ideal spot to soak up the sun and enjoy al fresco dining.
Inside the barn, the ground floor features a generously sized room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, and induction hob. The dining room and living room, covering 60 m2, offer ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, there is a TV lounge for your enjoyment.
On the ground floor, you'll also find a bedroom with a shower room (equipped with a 140 cm bed) and a separate WC (currently only available on the ground floor until minor renovations are completed).
Moving upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable 140 cm bed, and their own bathroom and WC. Another bedroom features a loft and three 90 cm beds. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a shower room (140 cm bed) and a mezzanine with a 90 cm bed. All these rooms share a bathroom and separate toilets.
As for the house, its unique concave facade adds character to its 140 m2 space, perfect for accommodating 6 guests. Outdoor garden furniture and a barbecue are available for your enjoyment.
Upon entering the house, you'll be greeted by wide and comfortable stairs. To your left, you'll find an old dining room with a fireplace, followed by a wine cellar equipped with a washing machine and a separate toilet. The beautiful fitted kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and hotplates, is also located on this floor. To your right, you'll discover the inviting living room, featuring a leather sofa, fireplace, and a color TV.
Heading to the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable 140 cm bed, and one with its own shower room. A third bedroom offers two twin beds measuring 90 cm each. Lastly, there is a bathroom and toilet available for the guests' convenience.
