Steeped in rich history, this property was once part of the ancient woods known as "Bois Bard" and was later owned by M. Fouquet, the financial minister of Louis XIV, the King of France. In the 19th century, the second and third floors were added to the house. Notably, the renowned author Honoré De Balzac was a frequent guest of the owner during this time.
