Facilities Usage

When you stay with us, our family rents out four double rooms in our entire house. This means you will have access to your own room and the shared bathroom. Additionally, our house has two living rooms equipped with televisions, books, and videos that you are welcome to use at your convenience. You can also enjoy our pool, gardens, and take walks in our orchard or yard. However, please note that the kitchen is not available for guest use as we handle meal preparations by reservation (see services). If you require the use of a fridge, please inform us.

Standards of behavior:

We kindly ask that you treat our house as if it were your own, ensuring its care and cleanliness. Smoking is not permitted indoors, but you may smoke outside. Please be respectful and considerate towards other guests by avoiding excessive noise during inappropriate hours.

Services:

We provide free Wi-Fi access for our guests, and no password is required as it is directly connected.

Room cleaning:

Bedrooms are cleaned weekly, and linen and towels are provided. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge.

Meal services:

We offer healthy, homemade Mediterranean cuisine using fresh produce from our orchard. If you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or specific dish preferences, please inform us in advance. Our menu primarily consists of traditional Spanish and Andalusian dishes such as gazpacho, paella, pescaito frito, sopas de pescado, and tortilla española. We also organize barbecues in the garden. You can choose between full board (20 euros per day) or half board (lunch or dinner - 11 euros per day). Reservations must be made in advance. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., lunch from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Car park:

We provide free outdoor parking for our guests within the Villa area.

Airport transfer:

Upon reservation, we offer airport transfer or transportation to the bus/train station. Please provide us with your flight number and estimated time of arrival. The cost per person, per way is 60 euros.

Our menus feature fresh and healthy food, sourced from our own organic vegetable and fruit production. Our swimming pool utilizes a re-use system and salt treatment, and we actively recycle waste with separate bins for plastic, paper, organic, and glass. We also promote the use of local products such as olive oil, aloe vera, avocados, and handcrafted items. We kindly ask that you be responsible with your energy and water usage. Habits and Customs of the Host Family:
We are a family of four who take great pride in caring for our house and the surrounding field. Our daily routine involves tending to our fruit trees, orchard, and yard, as well as maintaining the garden and cleaning the swimming pool. We also have a friendly pet parrot named Pollo, who may not talk much but loves to laugh. Our lunch is typically served at 2 p.m., and dinner at 9 p.m. You are welcome to join us for meals or dine separately, as you prefer. Occasionally, we host barbecues in the garden when friends visit.
