This apartment is located in a quiet private residence on the 4th floor with an elevator and intercom system. With a spacious 80 m2 area, the apartment features a south-facing balcony and consists of the following:- A large, well-lit living room that includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, food processor, blender, and various cookware and dishes. The dining area consists of a low, round table with four chairs, while the lounge area offers two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, television with a DVD player, and a library filled with books and games.
- A separate laundry area is available with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.
- The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom, all of which are equipped with a large wardrobe for storage. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, a spacious closet with a large basin, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, scales, and a laundry tub.
- The main bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm bed, a lingerie wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and bedside lamps. This room can also accommodate a cot if needed.
- The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a dresser, a chair, and a lamp.
- The third bedroom contains a single bed, a large wardrobe, a bibus with five drawers, a bedside lamp, and a chair.
- Lastly, there is a lovely south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxation.
The apartment is available for rent on a weekly, bi-weekly, weekend, or monthly basis depending on the season. The rates are as follows:
- Low season: €300 per week
- Mid-season: €350 per week
- High season: €400 per week

Directions
When you reach the Montagne du Roule, located on Boulevard East at the Cherbourg border, make a left turn immediately after passing the fire station. You will find Residence L'Oree du Bois on your right. The building you are looking for is the second one on the left in the parking lot, which is farthest from the road.
