The Maison de Velours underwent a complete renovation in 2004 and is situated on a peaceful street in the center of Villeneuve sur Lot. It is a guest house divided into five rooms, accommodating up to four people.

On the ground floor, there is the Salle Bastide, which serves as the living room and includes a kitchen. Additionally, there is a laundry room and an inner courtyard adorned with plants.

The first floor offers two rooms: Choisy, which can accommodate two people and overlooks the courtyard, and Bastérou, also for two people and facing the courtyard. These two rooms are connected by a communication door and can be rented either together or separately. Additionally, there is Plaisance, a room for two people with a sitting area overlooking the street.

The second floor features Gajac, a room for two people facing the street, and Parasol, a room for two to four people with a sitting area also facing the street. These two rooms are connected by a communication door and are available for rent together or separately. Lastly, there is Bourgade, a small attic room for one person that does not have a bath and can only be rented alongside another room.

Each room boasts a cozy and customized decoration and is equipped with twin or double beds, a bathroom with a stall shower, washbasin, and WC. Additionally, there are kitchenettes with electric stoves, fridges, and sinks, complete with crockery and utensils. Other amenities include air conditioning, TV, stereo/CD player, interphone, and WiFi.
