We offer a specially designed ground floor apartment to cater to the needs of guests with reduced mobility. The apartment is equipped with various facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include secure Cesure locking systems with an RFID lock, air conditioning with anti-allergy filters in all apartments, complimentary Wi-Fi, and daily cleaning services.

Our property also features communal gardens and a terrace for guests to enjoy. Additionally, we have a breakfast room where guests can indulge in a delicious morning meal. For families traveling with young children, we provide amenities such as a baby cot, pram, and car seat.

We believe in the importance of breakfast and offer a delectable menu for a mere 4,50€ per person. Our breakfast spread includes artisanal breads, a variety of hot beverages such as filter coffee, espresso, and different types of tea. Homemade preserves like fig, pumpkin, raspberry, and strawberry, as well as our traditional quince jelly, are also available. Guests can savor homemade cakes and pastries, a selection of cured meats and cheeses, yogurt (both natural and fruit flavored), breakfast cereals, and fresh seasonal fruit.

These apartments are situated in a historic building that is approximately 140 years old. In 2014, the building underwent a restoration process that focused on preserving its original charm and essential elements. The restoration work successfully maintained features such as the long and wide pine floor boards measuring around 5-7 meters in length and 20 cm in width. Additionally, the building's high ceilings, meticulously crafted plastered ceilings, and whitewashed finishes were faithfully retained. The apartments also feature solid wood doors, high skirting, and wall coverings made of granite stone and solid wood. The interior staircase was carefully restored using hardwood materials and complemented by white plastered ceilings. Despite the commitment to preserving its historical elements, the apartments have also been updated to offer modern comfort.
