Welcome to our charming guest house located in an ancient 17th-century house that once belonged to Duguay-Trouin. Situated in the picturesque Saint Servan area of Saint Malo, our property boasts a beautiful enclosed park spanning 3500 m², adorned with magnificent trees.Not only are we conveniently located near the tranquil edges of Rance, just 500 meters away, but we are also in close proximity to the historic Intra Muros (a mere 5 minutes away) and the enchanting town of Dinard (also 5 minutes away).
As a family-run establishment, we are delighted to welcome you into our home, which is not only a haven for art enthusiasts but also showcases our deep love for this remarkable region. Séverine, our talented host, has her very own painting workshop on-site, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the artistic atmosphere. Meanwhile, Pierre-Yves, an expert in hiking and cycling, is more than happy to guide you on unique and less-traveled paths, guaranteeing a truly memorable experience.

Absolutely fantastic place!!!
4 of us stayed in Blue room for a night of 24th July 09. The booking was made smoothly without problems, Pierre can speak fluent english, which helped us a lot. Very beautiful place. Comfortable stay. Very simple breakfast but home made jams are absolutely delicious. We all strongly recommend this place!! No Cards are accepted.
Directions
If you are coming from Rennes, head towards Dinard and take the exit for St Malo/St Servan. After traveling 100 m, make a left turn. Then, at the next 100 m, turn right into the alley that starts just before the access ramp of the Dinard/Barrage road. The house will be located 30 m on your left.
