Directions
To reach St Andre de Chalencon from St Etienne, follow the signs to Le Puy en Velay. Take the Bas en Basset road exit and continue until you are close to Retournac. After passing the village of Jussac, you will see a right-hand turning marked Craponne. Take this road and drive for about 5 minutes. At the crossroads after the hamlet called La Baraque, turn right to reach St Andre de Chalencon.
As you approach St Andre from the Laberte river hill, watch for a left-hand turning marked STADE. Take this turn, and at the immediate T junction, turn left. You will now be entering Chazelles, and you will notice a large wall of the annex ahead on your left. Look for the green iron entrance gates just after this building on the left. If the gates are closed, please ring the bell on the left by the gates, and we will open them for you.
