Our guesthouse offers stunning views of the charming village of St Symphorien de Mahun, nestled in the beautiful Ardeche Mountains.The historic house, constructed with stones in the 19th century, features 6 rooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Additionally, the house boasts a spacious dining room of 100m2 with a fireplace, a library, an astronomical telescope, and multiple lounges.
Outside, guests can enjoy a swimming pool, mountain bikes, a swing and slide for kids, a shaded terrace, and breathtaking mountain views. During the summer, we provide a refrigerator, table, and chairs for picnics in the garden.
Catherine & Christophe, our hosts, prepare generous meals with a Mediterranean influence, using fresh and high-quality products sourced from local markets and producers. The emphasis is on providing excellent service and high-quality products, while maintaining the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings.
One of our specialties is the breakfast, which includes homemade jams made from 70 different varieties, mixed with fruits, spices, honey, and flowers.
For leisure and activities, guests have access to a swimming pool, mountain bikes, an astronomical telescope, a massage salon, and hiking maps at La Chastanha. Our village is an ideal starting point for exploring the marked hiking paths and visiting the 2 medieval churches and ruins of Mahun castle.

Take the A7 highway and exit at ANNONAY-ST RAMBERT OF ALBON, which is just after VIENNA(VIENNE). Then, follow the signs for ANNONAY and SATILLIEU-LA LOUVESC. Once you reach SATILLIEU, take a small road on the right that leads to ST SYMPHORIEN DE MAHUN.
If you are coming from the South:
Take the A7 highway and exit at SILVERING THE HERMITAGE. Follow the signs for St Vallier, and once you reach St Vallier, cross the bridge towards Sarras. Continue following the signs for Satillieu, and when you reach Satillieu, turn right following the indication for St Symphorien de Mahun.
