This room consists of four parts:

1. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been refurbished to open onto the terrace. It includes a spacious work surface with a ceramic hob, a stainless steel sink, a mini oven, a microwave, a toaster, utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. There is also a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a table with chairs.

2. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable large bed measuring 1m60. The bedroom also features a wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, two bedside tables, a console, Internet and television access, and the option to add air conditioning.

3. The bathroom has been remodeled and includes a shower, an integrated sink unit, and a toilet.

4. Lastly, there is a small terrace that overlooks the garden. It is furnished with outdoor furniture and there is parking available for a car.
