The Roguedas cottage is a brand new, spacious building offering 68 m2 of comfortable living space. It is classified as a 3 and 4 ear cottage, guaranteeing high-quality amenities. With a private garden and parking, you can enjoy privacy and convenience. Additionally, a large south-facing terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture allows you to make the most of the beautiful surroundings.On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious main room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen. A large window fills the room with natural light and offers a stunning view of the southern exposure. The laundry facilities and a toilet are also conveniently located on the ground floor.
Every detail has been carefully considered to provide a homely atmosphere. All the standard appliances, such as an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ironing essentials, are provided for your convenience.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each accommodating two people (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), along with a bathroom and toilet. Additionally, the sofa bed in the lounge offers two additional sleeping spaces.
For your enjoyment, there are no extra charges for access to the outdoor hot tub, golf ball, and bicycles (two for adults and two for children). We also provide a stroller and baby cot to cater to families with young children.
Please note that sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning services are available at an additional cost.
