La Belladona is a spacious villa with a building surface of 627 m². This large villa is spread out over two floors and offers a comfortable and luxurious accommodation.

The ground floor of La Belladona can accommodate up to 15 guests. The main rooms on this floor include a spacious 75 m² entrance hall and a large dining room that can seat up to 32 people. The fully-equipped kitchen is also located on this floor and features modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave ovens, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Additionally, there is a dining area within the kitchen for 12 people. The ground floor also includes a cellar with traditional wine storage racks and a cozy living room with hi-fi, a 40’’ flat screen TV, satellite, MP3, DVD, and DivX, furnished with period furniture.

There are three bathrooms on the ground floor. The first bathroom, located between the kitchen and the living room, is handicapped accessible and equipped with a hand basin, shower, and WC. The other two bathrooms, situated at the back of the house, each have a shower, WC, and hand basin.

On the right-hand side of the entrance hall, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a 135 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds, while Bedroom 2 has two 135 cm double beds. Bedroom 3 offers a 135 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, along with an en suite handicapped accessible bathroom. Bedroom 4 is equipped with two 135 cm double beds and has an en suite bathroom with a shower, WC, and hand basin.

Adjacent to the main house, there is a large game room with a foosball table, pool table, and other games. This room also provides additional refrigeration and storage space. Outside, there is a stone veranda dining area and a barbecue, along with a large stone table and garden furniture for up to 32 people. A separate outdoor WC is conveniently located near the veranda.

The upper floor of La Belladona can accommodate up to 17 guests. There are four bedrooms on this floor, situated on both sides of the landing. On the right-hand side, Bedroom 5 offers two 135 cm double beds and one 90 cm single bed. Bedroom 6 features one 135 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds, along with an en suite bathroom. On the left-hand side, Bedroom 7 has two 135 cm double beds and one 90 cm single bed, while Bedroom 8 offers one 135 cm double bed and one 90 cm single bed, along with an en suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor, located between bedrooms 4 and 5, which includes a bath, hand basin, towel dryer radiator, and WC. Additionally, a second living room with a 32” flat screen TV and a small library is available for guests to relax and unwind.
