This charming gite offers a spacious living area of 81m², featuring 2 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. In addition, there is a convenient sofa bed available for extra guests.

The gite boasts a modern shower room and 2 separate WC facilities for added convenience. A well-equipped kitchenette is provided, complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.

The cozy lounge and dining area provide a perfect space to relax and enjoy meals. Entertainment options include a TV and telephone for your convenience.

For your comfort, the gite is equipped with heating to ensure a cozy atmosphere.

The gite offers two terraces, facing East and West, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings from different angles. A spacious courtyard of 100m² and a lush garden of 4000m² are perfect for outdoor activities. A garden table and chairs are provided for al fresco dining, along with a barbecue for delightful summer gatherings.

The village of Lanuéjouls in Aveyron is situated between Rodez and Villefranche de Rouergue, accessible via secondary road D1.
To reach the village from Villefranche de Rouergue, follow the D1 road in the direction of Rodez.
If you are coming from Rodez, take the N140 road followed by D994 towards Rignac. Once in Rignac, continue on D1 towards Villefranche de Rouergue.
