Additionally, the beautiful seaside is just a short 5-minute drive away.

This independent house features a well-designed layout. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance, a fully-equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, and a large sitting room (40 m²) and lounge area with a cozy fireplace. Moving to the first floor, there are three bedrooms with six single beds, along with a shower room and toilet. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms (one double and three singles), another shower room with a toilet, and a suite complete with a private bathroom featuring a balneo (spa bath).
