We offer a fully furnished chalet designed for two people, situated at the rear of our property, just a few meters away from the tranquil river. Enjoy a peaceful stay with no disturbances, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. Despite the peaceful setting, the bustling city is conveniently only 900m away. You can securely park your car on our property, although the parking area is located 200m from the chalet.

Our chalet features a private above ground swimming pool, a teak garden table, a barbecue, and comfortable deckchairs for your relaxation and enjoyment. Inside, you will find a cozy double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a convenient shower, a TV, a fridge, a freezer, and a washing machine for your convenience.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests between July 14 and August 18 as we rent out the entire house during this period.

You can park your car within the property, or alternatively, there is parking available just 200m from the chalet.

The chalet comes with exclusive access to an above ground swimming pool, a teak garden table, a barbecue, and comfortable deckchairs to enhance your relaxation. Inside, you will find a cozy double bed, a convenient kitchenette, a refreshing shower, a TV, a fridge, a freezer, and a washing machine for your convenience.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests from July 14 to August 18 as we will be renting out the entire house during this period.

Directions

To get to your destination, follow these revised travel directions:

Take the last exit that leads to "Cannes-Grasse"
At the first roundabout, take the first right
At the second roundabout, take the first right again
Continue on the road for 1km and then turn right when you reach the Casino supermarket
When you come across a large roundabout, take the third right onto Boulevard Louis Icard
You will find the house at 97, which is the last house on the left at the end of the impasse.
