We are originally from northern France, where we established our business. Starting off as a small business in the countryside, we have had many memorable experiences in both the rural areas and the city of Lille, which holds a special place in our hearts. However, our desire for new adventures led us to Touraine, where we spent 10 years surrounded by the beauty of chateaux, wine, and delicious food. But why stop there? Now we find ourselves in Aveyron, in a charming 18th-century house, accompanied by our beloved animals: Ustou the dog, Fidele, Mireille, and Santiago the donkeys, Dracula and Snow White the dwarf goats, and Cotton and Mistigri, our two cats. Let's not forget the hens and our rooster!Situated at an elevation of 930 meters above sea level, our home provides a tranquil escape from pollution, noise, and stress. The house exudes a sense of serenity and mystery, as if the ancient buildings that surround us could reveal the secrets of their past experiences. What hidden treasures lie within the region of Mas Bertrand, waiting to be discovered each year? Does the enigmatic Black Prince still linger here, as he did in the past? And what about those occasional slamming doors? Do they transport us back in time?
Visiting us will allow you to delve into the rich history of the ROUERGUE region. We will share the old tales and legends of the countryside while showing you around our impressive barn and inviting you to admire the breathtaking Tarn Valley. And of course, we mustn't forget to enjoy a delicious meal together. Come and join us on this journey of exploration and relaxation.
