This gite is located in the charming town of Cavron-ST-MARTIN in Pas de Calais. Situated in the center of the village, it is adjacent to the owners' cottage and offers a fenced private space. The gite spans across the ground floor and first floor, with a total area of 80 m².Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed, and two with two single beds each. There is also a sofa bed, a cot, and a high chair available. The bathroom and toilet are separate.
The owner speaks multiple languages for your convenience. Additional charges may apply for the tourist tax and a mandatory house cleaning fee of 30 if there are any pets. However, the charges for electricity, gas, and water are included in the price.
The gite is equipped with a private laundry, a dryer, a dishwasher, a TV, a telephone, a microwave, and a barbecue. Outside, there is a lovely garden with a fenced playground. The heating is provided by both electric heating and oil heating. Linen rental and cleaning services are available.
