Description for Gite

Welcome to our charming cottage, situated just 100 meters from the sea in Penmarc'h (29,760), the picturesque harbor of St. Pierre. Located in the heart of the country bigouden in South Finistère, our cottage offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to the surrounding area.

The municipality of Penmarc'h boasts 8 km of sandy beaches and coves, perfect for seaside relaxation. Our 60 square meter cottage has been lovingly decorated in a "sea" theme and was fully renovated in 2008 using natural and ecological materials such as hemp, lime, and wood wool.

On the ground floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with exposed beams and a stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also a convenient laundry room with a washing machine and sink, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, with the option of accommodating a third person. The bathroom features a sink, shower, and toilet. Every room is equipped with heating, and we also provide a high chair, bath, and cot for your convenience.

Step outside onto our 17 square meter terrace, which is south-facing and sheltered, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, it's the perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The weekly rental rates are as follows: €520 in July/August (high season), €350 during school holidays in June and September (mid season), and €300 for other periods (low season). Weekend rentals are also available for certain periods, with prices starting at €150 for mid season and €100 for low season.

Please note that the prices do not include charges for water and electricity, which will be calculated based on the current billing rate and meter readings.

Check-in is available from 3 pm on Saturdays, and check-out is at 10 am on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

To secure your reservation, we require a signed lease and a 30% deposit of the rental sum. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.

We look forward to welcoming you to our cottage and providing you with a memorable and relaxing stay.
