This charming gite is located in Brittany and offers a comfortable stay for two people. Situated just 7 km away from the beautiful Pink Granite coast, including the towns of Perros-Guirec and Ploumanach, this gite is nestled in a residential area that is both peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery.With garden-level access and an independent entrance, guests can enjoy the tranquility of their own private space. The gite also features a BBQ, garden table, and chairs, allowing guests to relax and dine outdoors. Conveniently, there are shops just 300 m away and the town center is only 600 m from the gite.
For those arriving by train, the station is just 1 km away. Additionally, the Roscoff ferries terminal is located 60 km (1h) away, while the St Malo ferries terminal is 120 km (2h) away.
Inside the gite, guests will find a cozy sitting-room and a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a fridge, hob, and microwave oven. The bathroom includes a shower stall and two wash basins, along with separate toilets. The comfortable bed measures 160x200 and there is also a TV and wifi internet access available. Beddings can be provided upon request and guests also have access to a washing machine and iron.
The gite is available for weekly rentals, with a deposit of 25 percent payable by bank transfer.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, such as swimming, sailing, scuba diving, fishing, golf, tennis, horse riding, thalassotherapy, and even visits to the nearby casino, cinemas, and discos. The gite is also conveniently located near the sandy beaches of the Pink Granite coast, as well as coastal paths for scenic walks. Other nearby attractions include a boat trip to the seven islands reserve, the Tregastel aquarium, Pleumeur Bodou and its Telecommunications Center (featuring a radôme and museum), a planetarium, and the "village gaulois". Guests can also indulge in delicious Breton creperies and seafood options.
