This house has been beautifully restored and features a spacious lounge / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The large living room is complete with a fireplace, comfortable sofa, chair, TV, and furniture. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Moving upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. The first bedroom offers a double bed (140), while the second bedroom has two twin beds (90). There are also two more bedrooms, each furnished with a single bed (90). A cot is also available for families with young children.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely garden, relax on the sunbeds under a parasol, and cook delicious meals on the barbecue.

Directions
To reach the "gîte de Navarre" from Caen, follow these directions: Drive along the D613 (Route de Paris) for approximately 14km. Upon reaching Vimont, make a right turn onto the D47 (Route de St Pierre sur Dives). At the roundabout, take the D80 on your right and continue for 2km. Then, turn left onto the D232, which will lead you to the chapel of Beneauville. After driving for 800m, you will find the "gîte de Navarre" on your left.
