This charming stone property was once a herdsmans cottage and has recently been refurbished and tastefully decorated. It features original beams and offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 to 5 guests. The upper floor includes a double room and a twin room with an additional pull-out bed. There is also a modern shower room with a WC on this level. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy an open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient laundry room, and an additional WC. Outside, there is a private garden with a 5.5mx5.5m pool, which is 1.5m deep. Pool equipment is provided for your convenience.The gite is well-equipped with amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, DVD player, CD player, cot, high chair, and barbecue. Household linen, including bed linen, towels, and tea towels, are provided upon arrival, regardless of the length of your stay.
Local facilities, including shops, supermarkets, post offices, cafés, and restaurants, can be found in Pont-Aven or Nevez, both within 2.5km of the property. For those interested in outdoor activities, riding stables and tennis courts are located 4km away, while a golf course is 25km away. Directions
To get to RUSTIN, follow these travel directions: Exit the Lorient/Quimper expressway (N165-E60) at the "Kerampaou" exit. Continue on the road towards "Pont Aven" once you leave the expressway. When you reach the town centre, cross the bridge and proceed straight ahead, passing the Post Office on your left. As you reach the top of the hill, take a left turn towards "Le Henan, Kerdruc". At the next crossroads, you will see a typical Breton calvary in the center (Kerrun), turn right towards "Nevez". Look for the private road leading to RUSTIN, which will be on your left after approximately 800m.
