This renovated farmhouse is situated in the heart of the Scarpe-Scheldt natural park, offering close proximity to forests and hiking trails. It is located 13km away from Spa and Tournai, and only a 35-minute drive from Lille. The house itself is 82 m² in size, and boasts plenty of natural light and a beautiful view overlooking the park. Inside, the first floor features a living room with a wood stove and a 107 cm TV, as well as an open living room area of 44 m² with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, a separate toilet, and a technical room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is a garden terrace and a communal park with a barbecue. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a 160x200 bed, the second bedroom has a 90x190 bed, and the third bedroom has a 100x200 bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, and there is also a dresser available. The house has a bathroom, a corridor/mezzanine attic area, and indoor parking. Venu bien avant le Covid. Pour le plaisir et quelques travaux de peinture. Nous avons été reçu très agréablement par sa propriétaire Maria .très joli gîte. Nous envisageons d'y retourner.
