Surrounded by the serene hills of Tuscany, and conveniently near the enchanting cities of Pisa and Lucca, our villa offers an array of desirable features. Indulge in breathtaking views of vineyards and medieval monasteries, while also being within reach of the sea and delectable cuisine at local restaurants. Our villa serves as the ideal starting point for exploring the Tuscan countryside, whether by foot, horseback, or bicycle (available for rent). Upon request, we are delighted to arrange bike excursions. Noteworthy attractions include ancient churches, Renaissance villas, and traditional Tuscan farmhouses where you can savor local wines, freshly pressed olive oil, and other mouthwatering delicacies native to the region.

Experience the ultimate comfort in our charming gite, offering three spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and TVs. For larger groups, our loft Apartment Lolita can accommodate up to six guests, featuring a double room, two sofa beds and/or children's beds, a generous lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen, and entertainment options such as SAT-TV on a big-screen with DVD and VHS player. Warm up by the large fireplace during cozy evenings.

Indulge in a delightful breakfast or snacks amidst the serene ambiance of our cool and fragrant garden, surrounded by beautiful trees and roses. Our dedicated staff will gladly serve you a range of local specialties, including a wide selection of cheeses and salamis, farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as delicious tarts, pies, and homemade bread.

Savor breathtaking views from our expansive terrace, where you can relax and unwind. Our extensive garden also boasts a refreshing swimming pool, complete with deck-chairs, sunshades, and a barbecue area for your enjoyment.
