Located in a tranquil setting in front of the sea, this flat offers a peaceful retreat. With a mere 20m distance to the sandy beach, it provides easy access to the shoreline. The flat is filled with natural light and spans across 64m2, including a spacious terrace measuring 9m2. From the terrace, living room, and kitchen, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. For convenience, the flat offers two underground garages and an alarm system for added security.Inside, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features an electric double bed and a TV, while the second bedroom has twin beds (one electric) and a baby bed. The flat is equipped with modern amenities such as Freebox, telephone, internet, computer, CD player, TV, DVD player, and wide cupboards for storage.
The kitchen is separate and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, oven, microwave, and iron. The bathroom boasts an Italian shower, toilet, and washbasin, while there is a second separate toilet as well. Additionally, baby accessories are available upon request.
The flat is available for rent during specific periods. From July 13th to July 27th, the weekly rate is €900. From August 3rd to August 10th, the rate is €1000 per week.
