On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room that opens up to a balcony facing the south, allowing for beautiful views and plenty of sunlight. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140), another bedroom with two single beds (90), and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and vitroceramic stove. The kitchen also includes a television for your entertainment. To create a warm and inviting atmosphere, there is a fireplace in the living room. Furthermore, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a mezzanine area with a double bed (140).
For your enjoyment, there is a bedroom on the mezzanine level furnished with a library and stereo system, as well as a television with a DVD player.
