Description for B&B:

Our two cottages offer complete independence. Suite Pepper is accessed via an external stone staircase and has its own private terrace measuring 10 square meters, which is shaded by an arbor. The room, with an area of 30 square meters, is west-facing, and features a 160 cm bed, a seating area, and a small kitchenette equipped with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a sink, a dishwasher, and an electric barbecue. A glass partition separates the workshop bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

The Lin Seed chamber is located in a wing of the house and opens onto a flower-filled Couradou, a small courtyard with the delightful scent of Mediterranean citrus. This room faces south and consists of two sections connected by an internal iron staircase, crafted by a local artisan. The bedroom is accompanied by a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Description for Gite

Located in the charming hamlet of Chabanne, near Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues, and Aubenas, this former silk 18th-century house has been beautifully restored. The blend of traditional character and contemporary design is evident throughout, from the old chestnut beams and stone windows to the polished concrete floors and metal staircase.

With a total area of 70 m2, the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with twin beds (90cm). The main floor boasts a walk-in shower and a lava stone sink, accessible from both bedrooms.

The cozy living room, with its high ceiling and abundant natural light streaming through the large bay window, opens up to a terrace. Here, you'll find a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary amenities, as well as a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen itself is fully equipped, complete with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher.

A unique iron staircase leads to a mezzanine level, which serves as a relaxation area with a single bed (90cm) and a private terrace of 40 m2. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, including the 3 valleys and mountains of Tanargue. The outdoor space is furnished with a table, lounge chairs, an electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.

For those who enjoy water activities, the cottage is conveniently located near rivers such as the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, providing excellent opportunities for swimming and fishing.
