Description for B&B:

Getaway cottages available on the peaceful Vendée coast, just a short distance from the sea and beaches. Located in the beautiful Vendée region of Pays de la Loire, approximately 100 miles south of Nantes, our cottages offer a tranquil retreat amidst nature. We have a newly built lodging that can accommodate up to 6 people, as well as three guest rooms situated in an old farm building. Our property spans approximately 3 hectares and is equipped with fenced paddocks, boxes, a riding arena, and ski upholstery for horses.

The cottage features a brand new brick construction, offering a spacious 60m² of living space. It includes two bedrooms with double beds, and a third bedroom with two single beds. There is a room with a sink and a large shower (1m x 1m), as well as a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, a combination stove, an electric oven, and a microwave. Guests can also enjoy a small private garden with a BBQ and garden furniture.

The guest rooms are located in an old farm building and are each generously sized, ranging from 24-32 square meters. Two of the rooms can accommodate up to 4 people, while the largest room can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a conservatory and a shared kitchen available for guests to use, allowing them to enjoy meals on-site. Each room has its own separate entrance.

Conveniently, all necessary shops and services are just 2km away. Guests can easily access the beach by bicycle, using small safe routes and bicycle paths. There are also plenty of opportunities for horseback riding, hiking, and biking directly from our property. We provide suggested routes that showcase the diverse landscapes of the region, including marshes, farmland, forests, and both rocky and sandy coastlines. Additionally, for those seeking adventure, we are just an hour's drive from popular attractions such as Le Puy du Fou and the La Rochelle aquarium. Our coast is also a haven for sports enthusiasts, with renowned surf spots, sand yachting, speed sailing, kite surfing, sailing, windsurfing, and more. Furthermore, we are located just 10 minutes away from the Indian Forest adventure park for those who enjoy adrenaline-pumping activities.

For nature lovers, the nearby Payré Point and holm oak forests, as well as the Arçay Point bird sanctuary, are sure to delight.
