The villa is just 3 minutes away from the port and beach of the lake, and 10 minutes away from the ocean. It features a swimming pool that can be covered or uncovered, and is heated from April until November. The pool also has a swim against the current feature. We are proud to be integrated with the Small Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Additionally, the villa includes a sauna for two people and a jacuzzi for seven people.

The villa has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a shower, a toilet, and a TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed, a pull-out bed, a shower, a toilet, and a TV. The third bedroom has two single beds, a pull-out bed, a shower, and a TV.
