Description for Gite

The bergerie is offered for weekly rentals. It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. You can enjoy the barbecue on the covered terrace, which offers panoramic views of the valley and the swimming pool. The bergerie includes a large double bedroom for a comfortable sleep. The bathroom is furnished with a bathtub, shower, laundry machine, and dryer. Additionally, a separate room with its own bathroom and a mezzanine is provided, accommodating a double bed and three single beds. We also have another smaller gîte called "le Bois" suitable for two people.

Directions

Clot des Tilleuls can be found in the village of Masquières. If you are traveling from Limoges or Toulouse on the A20, take exit 58 labeled “Cahors Sud”. After driving for 2 km, you will reach a roundabout. Take the right turn towards Cahors on the N20. Once on the N20, continue to the second roundabout and follow the signs for Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen on the D653. After driving for 10 km, turn right onto the D656, still heading towards Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen. About 500 meters before reaching the roundabout of Tournon d’Agenais, make a right turn onto the D151 towards Thézac and Mauroux. Keep going until you pass the wine cellar of “Vins du Tzar”, then take the first right turn and immediately take the first left turn. At the end of this road, make a left turn. After driving for 500 meters, you will see Clot des Tilleuls on your right.
