This charming cottage is situated in a peaceful area, providing a serene escape for nature enthusiasts and hikers. Nestled away from busy roads, guests can revel in the picturesque countryside. The expansive and well-maintained lawn garden offers the perfect setting for enjoying a refreshing drink or meal on sunny days.Outside, the property boasts private parking for up to four cars, with a beautiful flowered entrance area adorned with paved stones. At the entrance, there is a spacious 80 square meter rose marble terrace complete with a pergola, ideal for relaxation. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also provided for outdoor entertaining. Additionally, children will delight in the swing set and sandbox available for their enjoyment.
Inside the cottage, the ground floor features a separate room equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, and cleaning supplies. A separate WC with a cupboard and cleaning products is conveniently available. The main bathroom is elegantly furnished with a bath, WC, cupboard, mirror, and wash hand basin.
The fully equipped solid oak timber kitchen offers a gas cooker, cooker hood/hood extractor, 1.5 bowl sink, small and large electric ovens, microwave oven, and fridge/freezer. The living room boasts a traditional wood fireplace, dining area, comfortable angle sofa, TV, pay phone, books, and games. With direct access to the garden, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the open countryside.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and closet, accommodating two guests. Bedroom 2 offers four single beds and a closet, providing ample space for up to four guests. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a closet, color TV, a baby bed, and a balcony.
The cottage also includes a bathroom with a separate shower, wash hand basin, and mirror. To ensure a cozy stay during colder months, the cottage is warmed throughout by electric panel heaters. Warm water production is provided by a separate electrical unit, and a VIVA service phone is available for guests' convenience.
