Our room options include the following:- The "ch chapel" room is a bright and airy space with views of the park and chapel from the 12th century. The room features a natural hemp-lime coating in sienna color, a Scots pine floor treated with organic oils, and a double bed. The bathroom is well-lit and equipped with a shower, and there is a separate toilet.
- The "ch fountain" room offers a cozy and spacious atmosphere with views of the park, the 12th-century chapel, and a beautiful stone fountain. The room is adorned with a natural hemp-lime plaster in yellow-orange-ocher-tan colors, and the floor is made of chestnut wood treated with organic oils. It has a large double bed, a bright bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
- The "ch swallows" room provides a spacious "cottage atmosphere" with warm colors and a pine floor treated with organic oils. It has a double bed, and the option to add 1 or 2 extra beds (additional fee applies). The bathroom features a large corner bathtub and a toilet.
- The "ch serve" room has a light and pastel-colored ambiance with a beautiful view of the Combrailles mountains. The chestnut flooring is treated with hard oils, and the room is furnished with an "old" 140 bed. The bathroom is bright and equipped with a shower and a toilet.
Our showroom includes a large living room with a fireplace, where guests can interact with their hosts and enjoy meals. Adjacent to the living room is a winter garden, stocked with regional tourist information. For added privacy, we offer a separate area called "Natron living" with an African atmosphere, complete with a regional library and a cozy fireplace.
Outside, guests can relax on our expansive stone terrace, overlooking the park and the 12th-century chapel. The terrace provides both shaded seating under a large ash tree and sun loungers for enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the melodious birdsong. Our park features a wide variety of trees and stone benches, inviting guests to take leisurely walks. Additionally, guests can explore our garden, where we grow vegetables, fruits, and other produce that are often incorporated into our meals.
For those interested in exploring the area, there are beautiful walking and biking trails near the house that allow for a complete immersion in the pure and untouched wilderness. We are also surrounded by cultural heritage sites such as Thiers, known as the world's cutlery capital, VICHY, famous for its mineral water, Clermont-Ferrand, the regional capital with its volcanic hills, and the AMBERT paper mill.

The park lodging is nestled in a serene and well-preserved natural environment. It is conveniently located 14 km from the A89, just a 15-minute drive from Thiers, known as the world capital of cutlery. Additionally, it is only 30 minutes away from Vichy, renowned as the queen of spas, and a mere 35 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, the capital of Auvergne. This idyllic retreat is perfect for those seeking tranquility, relaxation, and outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking (with trails passing by the nearby fountain). Moreover, numerous cultural and tourist attractions can be found in close proximity to the cottage.Our cottage holds the prestigious 3 ears Gîtes de France label, guaranteeing modern comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed, as well as an additional bedroom with a 140-sized bed and two 90-sized beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and there are separate toilets on both the ground floor and upstairs, complete with washbasins. The large kitchen opens onto a charming stone terrace that overlooks the park and the twelfth-century chapel. Furthermore, the cottage boasts a generous lounge area with a television, DVD player, and a visually striking wood-burning stove. The use of natural and ecological materials such as wood, stone, old floor tiles, hemp wall coatings, and Sienna and Havana lime colors, adds to the overall appeal of the cottage. If you are coming from Clermont Ferrand by the A89, take EXIT 29 Thiers and continue towards VICHY for approximately 7 kilometers after the toll. Then, turn onto the D85 towards SAINT VICTOR MONTVIANEIX for about 500 meters. At the crossroads, turn right and take the D64 towards SAINT VICTOR MONTVIANEIX. Along the way, you will pass through the hamlets of Marette and Guesles. After Guesles, which is 1.7 kilometers away, turn left onto the paved road indicated by the sign for Domaine de Montvianeix.
If you are coming from Lyon by the A89, take the exit for ST REMY DUROLLE (EXIT 30) after the toll. Then, take the first right towards PALLADUC. In Palladuc, take a left onto the D201 for approximately 3.3 kilometers towards SAINT VICTOR MONTVIANEIX. Next, turn right onto the D64 and continue following the signs for ST VICTOR MONTVIANEIX. Please note that after 1.2 kilometers from the junction with the D43, you should stay on the D64 and not go towards ST VICTOR MONTVIANEIX. As you proceed, you will pass through the small hamlet of Fagot. After 1.2 kilometers from the signpost for Domaine de Montvianeix, turn right onto the paved road.
If you are coming from Vichy by the D906, follow the direction towards Thiers, passing through PUY GUILLAUME and PASLIERES while staying on the D906. After approximately 2 kilometers, turn left onto the D64 towards ST REMY DUROLLE and ST VICTOR MONTVIANEIX, which is about 8 kilometers away. As you travel, you will pass through the hamlets of Marette and Guesles. After 1.7 kilometers from Guesles, turn left (indicated by the signpost for Domaine de Montvianeix) and take the small paved road.
