This gite offers a range of amenities including 2 shared pools, a miniature golf course, and an 82-acre lake. Guests can also utilize a washing machine, dryer, and barbecue at the reception for an additional charge. TV rental is available through the owner, and cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy on the lake, such as swimming, fishing, rowing, canoeing, and sailing. The gite is conveniently located at the junction of three regions: Limousin, Quercy, and Black Périgord.

In Limousin, guests can visit various attractions including the museum of President Jacques Chirac in Sarran, the red stone houses of Collonges, horse riding stables in Pompadour, regional markets, the slate of Travassac, the ruins of Turenne Castle, and more.

In Quercy, popular attractions include Rocamadour, the monkey forest, the famous Padirac, Souillac, the feudal fortress of Fenelon, and Beaulieu sur Dordogne.

In Black Périgord, guests can explore Sarlat-la-Caneda, Les Eyzies, the caves of Lascaux, the Holy Cave, Christopher Proumeyssac chasm, numerous prehistoric sites, and enjoy barge and canoe rides on the Dordogne River, as well as various festivals.

The rates for the gite range from 290 euro to 690 euro per week for groups of 5 to 6 people. Weekend rates start at 110 euro for one night and 140 euro for a family. There is a promotional rate of 250 euro for couples instead of the usual 290 euro per week. Additionally, there is a 15% discount for bookings of 2 consecutive weeks until 07.18.2009. The gite also accepts ANCV affiliate checks.
