Conveniently situated only 35 minutes drive from Gold Coast airport and 75 minutes from Brisbane, it is easily accessible for travelers.

As the first TIC accredited business in the Northern Rivers region, Hillcrest specializes in providing romantic and peaceful getaways for a maximum of only 3 couples. It is an ideal destination for honeymoons or special occasions, offering peace, privacy, spectacular views, luxury double spa baths, a 12 meter solar heated salt-water pool, full split system air-conditioning, massage services, and delicious food.

Guests have the option to choose between two air-conditioned Bed & Breakfast suites in a private guest wing of the main residence, or a romantic self-contained Honeymoon Cottage set in its own secluded rainforest garden away from the main house. Please note that cooking facilities are only available in the Honeymoon Cottage and not in the main house B&B.

The two main house guest rooms are equipped with split system air-conditioning, ensuite bathrooms (one with a luxury double spa bath), bath towels, pool towels, hairdryers, robes, candles, bubble bath, a selection of toiletries, and in-room TV and DVD. The private guest lounge features a stereo system, book, CD and DVD library, stocked fridge, 24-hour beverage-making facilities, and opens to a charming central atrium with a decorative fishpond and resident Green Tree Frogs during the warmer months. The main house tariff includes port in the evenings and a full country-style breakfast with homemade breads, preserves, and homegrown free-range eggs.

The Hillcrest Honeymoon Spa Cottage caters for one couple only, providing the ultimate peace and privacy. With a wood-burning fire in the lounge, the cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway during the colder months. The cottage also offers air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, a queen-sized bedroom, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a luxury double spa bath and separate oversized shower, heater, hairdryer, robes, candles, and a selection of toiletries. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size gas stove, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, and all necessary kitchen equipment. Glass sliding doors from the lounge open onto a private verandah with a gas BBQ, perfect for enjoying a traditional Aussie BBQ. Cottage guests have the option to either fully self-cater or have their kitchen stocked with breakfast provisions, including homemade bread and free-range eggs.
