The cottage underwent renovations in 2006 and offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as a dining area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms consisting of two double beds (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. The cottage is heated with electric heating.

Outside, there is a terrace with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees, a garden, a solarium, and a parking space. The cottage spans an area of 90 square meters with additional outdoor space.

There are numerous activities available on-site, such as hiking with the GR86 trail passing near the house, horseback riding, fishing, and opportunities to interact with horses and donkeys. Additionally, within a 2-kilometer radius, guests can enjoy swimming, tennis, a lake with pedal boats, fishing, climbing, visits to a castle, museum, exhibition hall, and the local market.

Within a 6-kilometer radius, guests can partake in hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, mountain biking, paragliding, and even golfing among the trees. Within 20 kilometers, there are thermal baths, a casino, a cinema, skiing opportunities, museums, guided tours, caves, an abbey, and historical Gallo-Roman sites.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The price includes a package of 56 kilowatts of electricity, with an additional charge of 0.13 KW for any excess usage. A complimentary package of firewood is also provided.
