Description:

Description for Gite

The studio is conveniently located near 50 ski slopes in St Gervais. Situated on the ground floor, you can access the chalet either through the slopes or by the pool. The terrace offers a direct view of Mont Blanc and overlooks St Gervais.

Upon entering the studio, you will find a spacious hallway equipped with a cupboard, clothes hangers, iron, ironing board, and cleaning accessories. This hallway leads to a cabin area, which is separated by a curtain. The cabin features two bunk beds with two drawers, each containing a double quilt, as well as additional quilts, throws, and bedside lamps. Adjacent to the cabin is a private bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, hair dryer, and provided towels and bathmats.

Continuing through the studio, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a microwave, grill oven, fridge, coffee machine, raclette and fondue pots. Essentially, everything you need for cooking is available.

In a small hallway, there are two solid oak folding beds that can be easily stored away during the day, providing ample space. The kitchen area includes a TV and DVD player, perfect for relaxing. The living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as a dining area with a large oak table, three chairs, and an oak bench. This area is surrounded by a large bay window that opens onto the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs. The studio is east-facing and has a total area of 30 m2, with a terrace measuring 5 m2.

For storing your ski equipment, a locked and private room is available right next to the studio, accessible with the same key as the studio. Inside, you will find ski lockers, sleds, and a garden table and chairs, all provided for our tenants. We recommend storing any bulky items, such as luggage, in this room. You will only need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

Overall, our studio offers a comfortable and convenient stay for ski enthusiasts, with everything you need for a pleasant vacation.
