Welcome to "Les Mésanges," our charming holiday cottage. This former barn has been thoughtfully transformed into a cozy maisonette with a spacious and luminous living area. The open gallery upstairs features a comfortable double bed (140x200cm), while the living area downstairs offers a convenient sofa bed (150x190cm). The cottage also boasts a round dining table with four chairs and ample storage space for your belongings.

On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a refreshing shower, as well as a small kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric stove. For your convenience, we have provided a radio, vacuum cleaner, WiFi, and cleaning utilities. Parking is available, and we offer outdoor furniture and a grill for your enjoyment. Our expansive garden spans 4000 sqm and includes a sparkling swimming pool (9 x 4m), complete with sunshades and deckchairs.

Additionally, we have a playground for the little ones and a selection of books in various languages for your leisurely reading. It would be our utmost pleasure to welcome you as our esteemed guest.

Nous avons séjournés 5 nuits début août 2015 dans un gite trés confortable très propre, notre hôtesse était discrète et très attentionnée, lenvironnement très agréable, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine du barbecue . Un très très bon souvenir, nous recommandons cet endroit et nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé une nuit en famille dans la grande chambre et profité de la fraîcheur de la piscine.
Petit déjeuner parfait et excellent.
Accueil absolument irréprochable.
Nous reviendrons sans faute surtout que notre fils va nous en reparlé constamment...

Dominique sait recevoir ses hôtes avec beaucoup d attention et de générosité. La louchetière est un site agréable et très calme. Les petits déjeuner copieux et les confitures maison excellentes. Merci à Dominique pour ses conseils avisés sur les endroits à visités. Un lieu plein de charme à recommander.

To reach the village, you can take the A28 motorway and exit at Connerré, which is approximately 8 km away. Once you have arrived at Le Breil sur Merize, you will find La Louchetière along the D266 on the route de Bouloire.
