This chalet is open year-round and offers a breathtaking view of the Mourtis and Cagire mountains. Tucked away on a mountainside, miles away from the nearest village, this cozy retreat allows you to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the tranquility and fresh air of the Pyrenees. Please note that access to the chalet is limited to a small road, which is not plowed during the winter season.Description for Gite
This charming cottage offers a cozy ground floor featuring a small living room with a fireplace, a convenient kitchenette, and a bathroom. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms furnished with a double bed (140cm). The cottage is equipped with electric heating to ensure your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy the lovely outdoor furniture, make use of the barbecue, and store your food in the refrigerator/freezer and microwave provided. Pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay. Parking is conveniently located just a short walk down a path leading to the cottage. Additionally, a terrace is available for you to relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings of the slightly sloping terrain.Reviews

Directions
To get to your destination, start at the Aspet exit and make your way towards Sengouagnet. Once you reach the outskirts of the village, turn left onto the D 618 road. As you approach the Oule bridge, stay on the left and keep an eye out for the sign that says "The Mourtis." Continue on this road until you see the Couret sign, where you should leave the D618 road on the left. Please note that this road is quite winding. Pass through the village of Couret and continue driving through a forest. Once you exit the forest, you will be treated to a magnificent view of the Mourtis and Cagire mountains. Look out for a right hairpin turn that indicates a path on the left after the sign for "The Couret - The Souleignan." Follow this path and you will soon spot the cottage on your right.
