Description for Gite
We offer two separate cottages, called Q2, suitable for 2 to 4 people each. These cottages are located on the upper floor and come equipped with air conditioning. The entrance and staircase are shared between the two cottages and are independent from the rest of the house.Inside the main room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a living room area with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed (measuring 140 * 200). There is also a color television and a DVD player for your entertainment.
The bedroom is 12 square meters in size and includes two beds measuring 90x200, as well as a larger bed measuring 180x200. The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, toilet, and a washing machine. We provide towels and sheets, and the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
Additionally, we offer WIFI internet access, and if needed, we can provide cribs and other baby equipment upon request.
Our cottages are located in a beautiful countryside setting, in a newly built house. We are conveniently close to the A66 motorway and the Mill Nailloux. The cottages feature electric shutters, and our garden spans 2500 square meters, with a partial fence and young trees and shrubs. There is also a separate 300 square meter garden and a parking area.
Although the A66 motorway is located just 300 meters away, it is not crowded and is only visible and heard from the garden, not inside the cottages. Our accommodations are available year-round for your convenience.
