This charming 50 m² cottage is spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The first floor features a bedroom with a double bed and a separate closed bedroom with two single beds. The second floor offers a unique sleeping area in the attic on the mezzanine, with a double bed. Additionally, there is a terrace just 20 meters away from the cottage, providing a stunning view of the Gulf.The "House Captain" cottages, also spanning 50 m² over 3 levels, are designed for families or groups of friends. Each cottage has a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, along with a convenient toilet. On the first floor, there is a closed bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and basin, a toilet, and an open space. The second floor features a closed children's bedroom with two single beds, as well as a relaxation area with a convertible futon sofa. Both the front and rear courtyard terraces provide a delightful space to relax.
